What was the best Dervish concert you attended?

The one De Doelen, Rotterdam. It was our first and only concert of Dervish. It was also the first time we really heard of Dervish but we have been a fan ever since, checking their website regularly for updates and CDs!

Before September 2008 I didn’t know DERVISH but then I was to a very special and absolute fantastic DERVISH concert and session in „Leo’s Tavern“ in Donegal. Leo’s Tavern is the birth place of ENYA, CLANNAD and Moya Brennan.

I’m a very very great fan of CLANNAD and Moya Brennan. In September 2008 „Leo’s Tavern“ celebrated it’s 40th Anniversary with a weekend full of music. Saturday (20/09/2008) night was the concert with CLANNAD and other members of the Brennan family and local musicians and Sunday (21/09/2008) night played DERVISH with members of the Brennan family and other musicians.

I created a slide show not only from the DERVISH and CLANNAD concerts but also from the whole week which I spent in Donegal (including pics from an ALTAN concert) and Dublin. Enjoy the pictures!
